What is Glucomyral
Glucomyral is a proprietary complex developed by NutraFutura, obtained from standardized extracts of Mulberry leaf (Morus alba), Blueberry and Blackcurrant. The three botanicals were selected and combined for their complementary activity on glucose metabolism.
Mulberry leaf is traditionally associated with the control of post-prandial glucose, while Blueberry and Blackcurrant contribute a polyphenol and anthocyanin fraction with recognized antioxidant activity. The result is a single standardized ingredient designed for the metabolic segment of longevity formulations.
Role in Longevity and Healthy Aging
Glucomyral modulates the GLP-1/GLP-1R axis and the IRS1 pathway, supporting insulin sensitivity – a key element in countering aging through the FOXO factor.
